Why do I need an account if I already have a profile?
By creating an account, you can edit your information. ie. change of address or change your subscription. By having just a profile, you can place orders but not edit anything.

Once I place my order, how long will it take to get to me?
Normally we are able to ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Once the carrier picks it up, you will receive a tracking number and you can look to see the estimated day of arrival.
